Cancellation and Refunds<\/strong>
You (as a customer) may cancel an order or booking without penalty, provided the service\/product has not yet been delivered or initiated. If you have been charged incorrectly or your order qualifies for a refund under our policy, please contact Lei.net at support@lei.net<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 working days<\/strong> from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.<\/p>\n

Billing (India)<\/strong>
All charges incurred through Lei.net will be billed under the name Bunch AI Solutions Private Limited \u2013 Lei.net, India<\/strong>. We ensure a transparent billing process and provide detailed invoices for every transaction.
