In some situations we may need to establish the authority of applicants acting on behalf of legal entities to apply for and/or manage renewals and transfers of entity IDs on their behalf.
If this is required, you will be asked by the Bundesanzeiger Verlag system or a Registration Agent (RA) partner to complete a Letter of Authorisation (LoA). Please download the appropriate LoA for your scenario or contact us for assistance.
Current LEI holders may object to the transfer of LEIs to other LEI issuers. If this is required, you will be asked by the Bundesanzeiger Verlag system system or a Registration Agent (RA) partner to complete a transfer objection form.
Please note that all documents must be signed by persons authorised to sign on behalf of their organisation.
